he Gilfus Education Group is seeking detailed oriented analysts to work closely with universities and colleges to review, adjust and improve practices and processes to increase compliance with FERPA regulations.

• Lead FERPA evaluation as it relates to internal and application-related controls.
• Evaluate and remediate processes involving Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Financial Aid Systems, as well as other internal systems, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various service providers to produce, obtain and interpret compliance reports.
• Assist in the rollout and completion of FERPA testing at departmental levels and the review FERPA management test results.
• Work with client managers and users to identify and implement best practice procedures.
• Recommend and implement future process and system changes to ensure continued FERPA compliance.
