Ann Tinkham, Senior Instructional Designer
Ann Tinkham brings a wealth of experience developing eLearning and instructor-led personal/professional development courses for large, global organizations. She has also co-authored a nonfiction self-help book, designed and researched grant proposals for international youth training programs, and edited a monthly publication on development, youth, health, environment, and human rights issues that was distributed to over 600 organizations worldwide. Ann led, designed, and delivered global diversity education programs at the World Game Institute. Ann received a Bachelor’s from the University of Colorado, Boulder and completed Graduate studies in International Development Administration at the School for International Training in Vermont.
Britt Magadini, Instructional Designer
Britt is a veteran curriculum designer/manager for both online and classroom curriculum. Britt managed multiple courses for PwC’s Financial Technology department, with responsibilities that spanned overall project management to storyboard design and graphic development. She was previously an independent life coach, providing coaching on topics such as career, life balancing, and other personal development issues. Britt has also created courses and web-based training for multinational corporate clients. Britt served as an English Composition Instructor at the University of Colorado and an ESL Instructor at several institutions in North America, Europe, and Asia. Britt earned a Master of Humanities in English and Communication from the University of Colorado, Denver and a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Education, from the University of New Mexico.
