Allen Dunkle, Education Industry Executive
Allen Dunkle is an experienced education executive with expertise in leveraging technology paired with world-class services. In 2012, Allen took on the role of Chief Learning Officer at one of the largest Healthcare IT Company in the U.S. where he was responsible for all learning and education initiatives, programs, and resources. He is also currently the owner of a K-12 supplemental education learning center. Allen has led companies in various capacities, including VP Professional Services, Director of Operations, and Global Training Manager, to name a few. Allen earned a Master of Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s in Music from the University of Colorado.
Dr. Dianna Smith, Instructional Designer
Dr. Smith is a training and instructional design professional with more than twenty years’ professional experience in training, program analysis, and eLearning development. Dianna’s skillset has allowed her to service various government, industry, and academic clients in an instructional design capacity. She has extensive experience designing and developing an array of computer-based training programs and has also taught over 2,000 students online at various universities such as University of Phoenix, iCarnegie, Kaplan University, Ashford University, Western Governors University, and Post University. Dr. Smith earned a Ph.D. in Education-Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University, a Master of Distance Education from UMUC, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from South Carolina State University.
Ann Foster, Education Industry Executive
Ann Foster is a senior executive with broad experience in the educational publishing and educational technology fields, both in the U.S. and U.K. After many years in leadership roles with Reed Elsevier PLC, Ann is currently taking on consulting engagements that leverage her industry knowledge and proven operational experience. Ann was formerly SVP Strategy and Business Development at Harcourt Education, where she headed up its strategy team and new business efforts focused on growing sectors outside Harcourt’s traditional core business of textbook publishing. Prior to that, Ann was SVP of elearning for Harcourt and helped drive their transition from print to digital, create partnerships with technology companies and identify acquisition targets. Ann received a B.A. in English from the University of Exeter.

Dovid has a broad skillset and record of helping education and technology organizations achieve strategic growth targets. His background includes helping publishers identify digital growth channels, raising strategic capital, and leading acquision analysis and channel performance initiatives. He most recently was the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Turning Technologies, a company that develops assessment delivery and data collection solutions for learning environments. Dan has held management roles at leading publisher and learning solutions companies, including Cengage Learning and Prentice Hall/Pearson Education. Dan earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
